Return Policy

 

At Rotekita Art Shop our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority. My intention is to have each customer be 100% satisfied with their purchases through me. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase. Please review the points below to understand my return policy.

Online Orders: 

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the item and no later than 14 days after the original order date, for credit towards a replacement image. To initiate a return, please email rotekita.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be shipped back in like new (undamaged) condition, in original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. Once received, You can request a substitute product.
  • Rotekita Art Shop does not pay for return shipping fees.

In-Person Transactions: 

  • Unless the item is defective, all in-person sales are final.

Damaged Artwork:

Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods received at rotekita.art@gmail.com. All Rotekita Fine Art products ship insured and will be replaced if received damaged.

Commissions: 

  • Down payments made for commissioned works are almost 100% non-refundable.
    • In case of cancellations on your end, your down-payment is considered a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
    • In the rare case where I may need to cancel your order (i.e. natural disaster), then you will get a refund of your down-payment.
  • Once a commission is finished, approved, and shipped to the customer the sale is final and refunds will not be made.
